Vinod Kumar has joined DIAL as a Research Associate. He was a Senior Research Fellow (PhD Scholar) during 09/2015 to 01/2019 at Panjab University Chandigarh, India with Department of Computer Science and Applications. His PhD research work deals with solving large-scale machine learning problems where he as developed optimization techniques using first and second order methods, and also developed a machine library, namely LIBS2ML. He has also worked as an Automation Engineer in Impetus InfoTech Pvt. Ltd., for around two years.
