Sophie joined ideaSpace as the Community and Office Manager at ideaSpace West, sharing the responsibility of running the office and supporting the ideaSpace community with Amy Flower.

Sophie has had diverse experience across a number of different industries, from television production to environmental consultancy to managing the operations of a food manufacturing business.
