Rachel joined the IfM in June 2019 as Sustainable Enterprise Projects Coordinator. She previously worked as a Project Manager for web development, digital marketing and digital design projects while based in Brighton.
After a period of travelling in 2018, she began working with Cambridge Sustainable Food, a grassroots level organisation driving collective action and change in the local food system around Cambridge.
In her role at the IfM, she focuses on sustainability projects that drive entrepreneurship and innovation in the food sector across Europe.
