
Roman joined the Institute for Manufacturing in October 2019 as a PhD student. His research focuses on Supply Chain Resilience under the supervision of Dr. Mukesh Kumar.
Previously, Roman received a master’s degree in Management, Technology and Economics (MTEC) from ETH Zürich and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin. During his studies, Roman gained practical experience through internships in the medical device and automotive industry. During his studies at ETH Zürich, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Machine Tools and Manufacturing led by Prof. Konrad Wegener.
