
Julius Bock has joined the Institute for Manufacturing in January 2020 as a graduate visiting researcher. Under the supervision of Dr. Chander Velu he is analyzing the impact of business model innovations and their influence on productivity changes.
Julius received his Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich where he is enrolled in two graduate degrees - Mechanical Engineering and Economics. He gained first work experience in the field of aerospace and automotive engineering within Europe and China. In addition he has a strong interest in entrepreneurship. His startup Honeycrush was recently awarded with the Think-Make-Start price of the Technical University of Munich.
