
Eric Harris is an Industrial Associate who joined IfM ECS following an international career within Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Eric’s initial career involved 18 years in Unilever in various line management roles, and in strategic development, based in the UK, Sweden and Belgium. He subsequently worked in senior roles in Seagram, Esselte and ICI Paints, heading up planning and logistics operations in Europe. More recently, he has applied this experience and learning through consultancy roles, with primary focus on the design and delivery of Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics improvement within multinational businesses (including projects with AkzoNobel, BP, Associated British Foods and British Airways). In his current position, Eric applies IfM research outputs to support strategy and capability development within industrial companies. Eric holds a BA in Chemistry from Oxford University.
