
Damiano Di Francesco Maesa, has joined the IfM to work on the Pitch-In and CTM supported project that focuses on distributed ledger technologies for automating licensing payments. Damiano has a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, Italy, and maintains strong ties with the computer lab here in Cambridge, where he is currently an academic visitor after spending one year as Research Associate there. His research interests focus on DLT and blockchain technology, both from a theoretical and more application oriented point of view.
