Brian Robertson joined the DIAL group in October 2015 as a PhD student under the supervision of Professor Duncan McFarlane. His research will look at the use of reconfigurable manufacturing systems in the construction industry.

Brian obtained an MPhil in Industrial Systems, Manufacture, and Management here at Cambridge where his dissertation investigated interventionist order picking strategies in warehouses.

He also holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
