Aldo is an Industrial Associate at IfM Education and Consultancy Services (IfM ECS). His focus is to enhance the capabilities in innovation and technology management of technology-intensive companies, in particular in German-speaking countries.

He has several years of management experience in the automotive and rail industries including more than 10 years R&D experience in vehicle development and in SMART materials and related manufacturing processes.

His expertise fields are creating product, service and business model innovation to enable clients to sharpen their competitive advantage and to boost growth. He has also successfully worked with a wide range of businesses of various sizes in the development of multinational R&D co-operations and strategic technology partnerships.

Aldo holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering Economics from Graz University of Technology (Austria) and an MBA from Open University Rochester/ UK as well as the International Welding Engineer (IWE) diploma. Additionally, he has a diploma in Systemic Organisational Development.

Aldo is based in Graz, Austria.
