Dr Arsalan Ghani joined ECS in January 2019. He is working extensively with colleagues at the University to develop and deploy solutions for emerging challenges in companies, international organisations and governments building growth and competitive capabilities. His experience includes:

• Technology and innovation-driven transformations
• Sustainable, resilient and smart capabilities
• Coalition formations and partnership development
• Policy framework and intervention design

He has 15 years of experience of working in industry, academia and public sector organisation and has completed his doctorate from the University of Cambridge. Since then he is working at the University providing training, consulting and advisory services.
